November 5th notice: VPN update required

Are you having VPN connection issues? The SSL certificate used on the server expired so we have created new configuration files for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux.

You will need to download and install the new configuration file and certificate in order to connect to the VPN (you don’t need to reinstall the OpenVPN/Tunnelblick software). You can find them on the appropriate page listed on our VPN Installation instructions in our knowledge base here. Note: you must be logged in to view the pages.

How do I cancel my membership?

Visit the my account page, where you can cancel your subscription. Once you cancel it will be displayed as “Pending Cancellation”, which means you will have access to fxphd up until your next renewal date. On the renewal date your membership will be cancelled.

How do I access the VPN software?

Start by visiting our knowledge base, which has information about the VPN (VPN Instructions) as well as the various software packages we have on offer.

I downloaded a .zip file, but it appears to be corrupted

As far as the archives, they likely aren’t actually corrupt. Is the .zip file bigger than 4GB? If so, you’ll need to use an application that can handle zip archives larger than 4GB. On Windows, you may use something like 7-zip: https://www.7-zip.org/
