Our Autodesk licenses (Maya, Arnold, and Flame) are currently expired and we have been working on obtaining new ones prior to their expiration. At this point in time, you cannot run those apps. We are aware of the issue and aim to get them updated and installed as soon as possible.

Multi-part .zip files

For users who are having trouble extracting the UNR203 and UNR204 files on MacOS, you can download The Unarchiver which allows extraction of multi-part zips. We’ll be doing more multi-part zip files moving forward

How do I cancel my membership?

Visit the my account page, where you can cancel your subscription. Once you cancel it will be displayed as “Pending Cancellation”, which means you will have access to fxphd up until your next renewal date. On the renewal date your membership will be cancelled.

How do I access the VPN software?

Start by visiting our knowledge base, which has information about the VPN as well as the various software packages we have on offer.

I downloaded a .zip file, but it appears to be corrupted

As far as the archives, they likely aren’t actually corrupt. Is the .zip file bigger than 4GB? If so, you’ll need to use an application that can handle zip archives larger than 4GB. On Windows, you may use something like 7-zip:
