Senior colorist Warren Eagles returns to fxphd with our Resolve 2012 Fundamentals fast forward course on the newly-released DaVinci Resolve 9. Mike Seymour caught up with Warren during production of the course to find out how the world of color grading has changed since Eagles first began in the industry back in London.

How do I get started as a colourist?
It will be hard to start from the bottom floor as a lot of places have just closed down.
I have a BG in graphic reproduction so i deal with colour correction every day, it’s just a matter of working out wioth solution to go for.
