Notification of withdrawal from a course must be received in writing within 14 days, in order to qualify for a refund (less postage, handling and administration costs).

Our commitment to you
fxphd has put in place systems to ensure that the trust our customers place in the company is warranted. It is with this in mind that we adhere to the highest ethical standards when gaining, using and storing your personal information.
Collection of your personal details /use
When you join our campus, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us charge and formalise your entry into your chosen course.
fxphd does not sell or exchange personal information about its students. Access to information about fxphd students is restricted to fxphd and those who accept the payment on behalf of fxphd.
Email correspondence that you choose to send us is only used by our staff to answer your questions. We do compile an email list in order to administrate our business and communicate offers on merchandise and services that we believe will be of interest to our students. Your email address is not shared with any outside party. You may choose to be deleted from our mailing list at any time by contacting registrar@fxphd.com with please remove in the Subject Header.
fxphd limits access to student information to those employees who need it to carry out our business functions. Our faculty staffs are all educated on campus policies and practices in regard to safeguarding student information, preventing its unauthorised access, use of disclosure, and ensures its safe handling.

At any time you can update your information by logging into the fxphd student lounge and emailing the registrar - registrar@fxphd.com
How your information is protected
When you decide to join our campus, your tuition fees will be transmitted via our secure server. Our secure server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which allows us to receive information that your Web Browser encrypts and transmits to us. SSL encryption is designed to prevent the unauthorised viewing of your information whilst formalizing your tuition payment.
